Chris Conley and Kim Whittaker started their recruiting careers in two different, competing firms. It was a battle for national recognition that spanned almost 10 years. Both won accolades for performance, they knew each other by reputation...and both decided after many successes to leave their current agencies.
When Kim and Chris left and had their first ever conversation about life as a new firm owner - a partnership was born. With an eerily similar vision for creating a firm with drive and heart, Kim and Chris realized it was better to have your stiffest competition on the home team.

I began my recruiting career in 2000 where I have worked on Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Diagnostics searches for hundreds of companies.

Personal Stuff:
Redrock canyons and starry nights are the reward for living in gorgeous Western Colorado.
We enjoy outdoor festivals, concerts, quick access to the mountains and fantastic wine country.
I love adventure and exploring the back county of Colorado and Utah on horseback or 4x4. We enjoy cookouts with friends and family, camping, time at Lake Powell soaking up the summer sun - real quality of life.
I am specialized in building start-up biotech companies from the first member to the entire management team. Recruiting is a responsibility I take very seriously and work every day to meet with integrity and results.
I have placed hundreds in my career and have found that no two companies or their needs are the same. What I do know is this industry, the key players and how to find the best fit for your needs.
My years of hard work have paid off by becoming deeply networked in the biotech industry. I have learned that honesty is the best approach and that there is a reason you have one mouth and two ears.

Personal Stuff:
Living in Portland Oregon, I enjoy all
of the benefits of a small big city including concerts, the arts and cultural events while also having access to the mountains and the ocean.
I am an avid skier, biker and yoga enthusiast and mother of a beautiful daugher who is married to her soul mate. I believe in balanced living - blending work and play to have a great life.
I have a special place in my heart for 80's Hair Bands. Rock on.

in the area of Quality. I don't want to limit myself or team to just Quality roles as we have recruited and placed R&D, Process, Manufacturing, Design, Test, and Operations Engineers.

Personal Stuff:
I am competitive and love sports. I have 3 incredible kids that I spend quite a bit of time watching compete in their own sporting events.
When I'm not chasing my kids around Colorado to watch them compete, I am out maximizing my health insurance on my mountain bike or on the slopes of Colorado snowboarding.
I also enjoy working out, fly-fishing and generally enjoying the beauty Colorado has to offer.
